Search Method
01 Search with operators
- AND : Use an AND sign between keywords to require that the
word appear in all pages in the results.
Ex) You could enter "LG AND TV" ;
the results must contain pages with both 'LG' and 'TV'.
- OR : Searches for results that match either one or more
of the words (regardless of order)
Ex) You could enter "LG OR MOBILE"
; the results contains pages with either 'LG' or 'Mobile'.
- NOT : Use a NOT sign at the beginning of a word to exclude
all pages with that word.
Ex) You could enter "LG NOT COMPUTER"
the result includes 'LG' while excluding
'COMPUTER'.
- <NEAR> : Use a <NEAR> sign between keywords to search keywords
from the nearest to each other.
Ex) You could enter "LG <NEAR> Top Freezer"
; "LG Top Freezer¡" has the highest
priority, and "LG Refrigerators Top Freezer"
has the next priority.
02 Sorting
- Sort by Relevance : A display option which presents search
results in order of relevance. Arranges the results according
to the frequency of occurrence of the search terms used.
- Sort by Date : A display option which presents search results
in reverse chronological order.
- Sort by Title : A display option which presents search results
in alphabetical order of the title.
03 Search Scope : A search option which sets
the scope of query
Ex) Search within "Title only" :
only pages which contain your search-terms in their title
will be returned.
04 Date Range : A search option which searches
in a date range, based on the registered date of the documents.
