[LG SUPPORTS CONSUMERS WITH THE LAUNCH OF 777]
Sydney, 1 August 2008: LG Electronics today announced it is extending its customer support services with the launch of the 777 program featuring Customer Information Centre and hotline available 7am till 7pm, 7 days a week.

Extended shopping hours and today's fast paced society means consumers want information quicker and more regularly. With LG's 777 hotline both customers and retailers can get the support they need by simply calling 1800 LG HELP.

Graeme Cunningham, Director of Sales, LG Electronics understands how important it is to provide customer support in an appropriate format. "777 helps shoppers and retailers get the assistance they need, at the speed they want. Just like our valued retail partners who are staying open for longer, LG is now able to help consumers seven days a week."

The 777 Customer Information Centre will provide a range of services from pre purchase information, installation support, product operation, after sales service, warranty information to problem solving and general inquiries.

Officially launched on 1 August, 777 is being promoted in store with labels on display products and business cards for the consumer to take once they have purchased an LG product.
